Eric Lewis along with his wife Trikelle co-founded Modern Barbering Academy in 2017. Eric has been professionally Barbering and showcasing his amazing abilities since 2000. He graduated with honors from The Paul Mitchell School located in Dallas, Texas in 2010. Eric provides exceptional grooming services for some of the most distinguished and elite business men and professional athletes of Dallas and the surrounding areas.
His mastery of Barbering techniques and natural talent allow him to serve as a mentor and coach to the next generation of Barbers and Stylist. He enjoys spending time with his family on amazing beach getaways in the Florida panhandle and he is the proud father of three sons and he has one grandson.

Welcome to Modern Barbering Academy, A Licensed Barber School. Our goal is to provide the public with discounted haircuts as the Student Barbers deliver services under the watchful eye of our Licensed Master Barber. Our experienced staff are among the most qualified in the Barber Industry.
Our students will learn how to strategically cut all hairstyles(through on hand instructional training), straight razor shaving, hot towel procedure, facial massage, shampooing, anatomy and physiology, bacteriology and sanitation, hygiene and nutrition, work ethic, barber theory, history, entrepreneurship and ultimately the licensing process.
